Usage:
Any usages of photographic images/material supplied by us other than already stated on this invoice must be negotiated separately and require a signed purchase order before use. This includes all medias, T.V., Cinema and the Internet. No use may be made of any images/materials until full payment of our invoice is received.

Please quote our invoice number as reference on all correspondance. Any queries regarding this invoice must be made within 7 days.

These terms and conditions take precedence over any terms and conditions supplied by the client and irrespective of any contrary clause.
In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
All overdue payments will incur interest charged at 2% per month.
